The years between eighteen and thirty ask you to decide who you are while you are still finding out. School ends, structures fall away, relationships get more serious, and old family patterns start showing up in new places. This is also the stretch when many people are newly identified as autistic or ADHD, often after years of being told they were lazy, difficult or too sensitive. I work with that recognition, the relief, the anger, and the practical question of what to do differently now.
