# Therapy for Seniors 

Later life brings real losses, and they deserve more than being managed.

Retirement, changing health, the deaths of friends and partners, moving out of a long-held home, shifting roles inside a family. These are large events, and they are often met with the suggestion to keep busy.

I have worked across residential care, disability advocacy and family systems, and I am comfortable with the practical and the emotional sitting side by side in the same hour.

Sessions can be in person in Eugene or by telehealth, whichever is easier to get to. Pace is set by you.
