Adults come in for all sorts of reasons: something old that never got processed, an anxiety that has quietly narrowed a life, a relationship that keeps hitting the same wall, a grief that everyone else has moved on from, or a diagnosis in mid-life that reframes everything before it. I draw on CBT, DBT, IFS, ACT, mindfulness-based and somatic work, chosen with you rather than applied from a manual. I don't get to choose what works. You do. Some sessions are structured and skills-focused. Some are slow and quiet. The aim is not for you to become a calmer version of someone else's expectations.
